Is this right for me?
For patients ages 12–69. Your clinician will assess whether your concern can be treated safely by video or needs in-person care.
Not every concern can be treated online. We do not prescribe or refill controlled substances, including opioids, benzodiazepines, stimulants, or sedative-hypnotics. Hormone replacement therapy, including testosterone, is available.
Not for emergencies. If you need emergency help, call 911.

You must be physically in the state selected for your appointment, where your clinician is licensed. We offer services in Florida, Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and New Mexico.
After booking, you will receive an email with a link to your video visit. Join five minutes early from a quiet, private space, with a working camera, microphone, and internet connection.
Your clinician decides whether a prescription is appropriate after evaluating you. A visit does not guarantee a prescription. We do not prescribe or refill controlled substances, including opioids, benzodiazepines, stimulants, or sedative-hypnotics. Hormone replacement therapy, including testosterone, is available.
You can look for the same clinician when scheduling a follow-up. Availability depends on the clinician's schedule, your state, language, and payment option.
Contact us at (321) 413-1411 for help with changes or cancellations. Refund requests are reviewed case by case; an approved refund is subject to a $2.50 administrative fee. Review the terms or contact us before booking if you have questions.
